It consists of three accumulation chambers. When the three-bed RTO is in normal operation, the three chambers are in the exhaust gas preheating stage, the flue gas exothermic stage and the purging and flushing stage.

Introduction to the principle of three-bed RTO
It is composed of three heat storage chambers, and when the three-bed RTO is running normally, the three heat storage chambers are in the exhaust gas preheating stage, flue gas release stage and purge and flushing stage. Ceramic heat storage body should be divided into three zones, and each heat storage chamber should undergo heat storage-heat release-cleaning and other procedures in turn, and work continuously over and over again. After the heat storage room is "released", an appropriate amount of clean air should be introduced immediately to clean the heat storage room to ensure the VOCs removal rate, and only after the cleaning is completed can it enter the "heat storage" procedure. The oxidation chamber has two functions: one is to ensure that the exhaust gas combustion can reach the designed oxidation temperature, and the other is to ensure that there is enough residence time to fully oxidize the VOCs in the exhaust gas. During cold start preheating, the furnace temperature is increased by the burner system, most of the heat can be recovered by the thermal storage ceramic bed during normal operation, and when the concentration of combustible components in the exhaust gas is too low, the furnace temperature is increased by burning auxiliary fuel (diesel or natural gas). When the furnace temperature is too high, part of the heat can be released by the furnace temperature-controlled high-temperature evacuation valve.
